  • How do I become a member and be able to purchase all these items for retail?

Create an account with your email address, password, and a form of payment. Once you receive an email regarding to your newly created account, you then purchase a membership and have immediate access to purchase.

  • What if I live internationally, will I still be able to purchase these items?

Yes, we provide shipping for customers worldwide.

  • What form of payment do y’all accept?

As of currently, we support credit and debit cards to purchase any of our products.

  • How do I know what items are being released each week?

We will be updating our drop list early in the week, every single week.

  • What is your return and refund policy?

All sales are final

  • How can I cancel a membership?

All you need to do is either cancel it through your own account or by simply sending us an email at hypedcartel.sea@gmail.com. However, keep in mind that you will still be charged for the month. 

  • Why are the products listed as “sold out”?

All products labeled as “sold out” are the products that will be dropping that week, and will be made available once the drop occurs.
